9ELECTRIC: From Hollywood To Michigan

9 Electric mixes hard rock with their own blend of electronic music. Hailing from the Los Angeles, California area these four guys; Thunderwood (vocals), Mikey Lopez (guitar) , CaseyDC  (bass),  and Micah (drums/programming) have been making music they liken to a dance party that rocks since 2011. Some fans have described 9Electric’s music as Electrocore but HEAR had a chance to talk to Micah as he touched on the subject. “We wouldn’t completely agree because ‘core’ makes it seem like we make serious faces all the time. Crash Midnight Pops Their Machine Shop Cherry Opening For Sevendust

Sevendust returned to The Machine Shop in Flint, MI on Tuesday August 5th with Gemini Syndrome and opening act, Crash Midnight. As always, it was another successful show at the Shop with Sevendust and Gemini Syndrome both having rocked this stage many times before. The high energy crowd gave Crash Midnight the perfect welcome for the newcomers playing at The Machine Shop for the first but probably not last time. Meet The Raskins

If you haven’t yet heard of The Raskins , you soon will. It is fronted by identical twin brothers Logan and Roger Raskin. Two talented singer/songwriters that look like they stepped off a Ramone’s album cover. The Raskins’ self-titled debut album dropped in May and it is filled with catchy tracks showcasing their diverse and multi-layered rock sound.
